QIGONG WORKSHOP FEES AND BOOKING - 2017
A Weekend Workshop in Health Promoting Qigong is normally held 2 or 3 times each year at the Irish College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, ICTCM House, Merchants Road, Dublin 3.
Taught by staff who have trained in Medical Qigong in Guangzhou with two Chinese Masters since 1999, this Introductory Weekend is suitable for:
- Members of the public, with no prior experience, who wish to learn a number of simple but effective ancient Chinese techniques to rid stress, promote relaxation and improve their own health and well-being through the practice of these gentle Qigong exercises.
- People who are already practising a form of Qigong (or a related discipline) and wish to learn some introductory exercises from the Qian Tai Qigong system and get a brief glimpse of some of the under-pinning theory of Medical Qigong as taught by a professor in a Traditional Chinese Medicine University.
- Students or practitioners of Acupuncture and TCM hoping in the future to embark on Certificate or Diploma level Medical Qigong training.

Introductory Workshop in Qian Tai Qigong
Saturday and Sunday 8 and 9 July 2017.
Time: 10.00 to 4.30 each day
Fee: Euro €190 for the whole weekend. (There is a reduction if you book early- see the Booking Form for details)
A two day introduction to Health-promoting Qigong.
Some sitting (still) exercises and some moving exercises will be taught based on the teachings of our Qigong Masters in China, which will form the foundation of a therapeutic regimen which you can practice on your own at home on a regular, ideally daily, basis.
These will include regulation of the Body, Mind and Breath.
Full handouts will be provided.
Further Qigong Skills Workshop
22 and 23 July 2017
Time: 9.00 to 4.30 each day
Fee: Euro €250 for the whole weekend.
This is a two day follow-up weekend in Health-promoting Qigong and MQG, for those who have already completed some Qigong or MQG (Medical Qigong) training with us.
An brief overview of the structure and content of the Certificate in Qigong and Certificate in Medical Qigong courses may be given, if required, as will an introductory glimpse at some of the under-pinning theoretical foundations of Qian Tai Qigong.
